1. Shipping Information

We currently ship to:

- Thailand
- Vietnam
- Philippines
- Indonesia
For destinations outside the listed regions, please email support@hyve.promo before placing an order.
1.2 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 working days.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or high-volume periods.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.
1.3 Delivery Time Estimates
All orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days after processing.
Courier delays, customs clearance, and external conditions may affect these estimated timelines.
1.4 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
1.5 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on the destination country’s import regulations, local customs duties, VAT, GST, and other import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Hyve.Promo is not liable for customs inspections, clearance delays, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
1.6 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur re-delivery charges.
Such orders are not eligible for refunds.
1.7 Bulk / Corporate / Customized Orders
Shipping and delivery timelines for corporate, bulk, or custom-made projects may vary and will be provided by our team upon order confirmation.
2. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
2.1 All Sales Are Final
We operate primarily on a corporate and made-to-order basis.
All sales are final once an order has been processed.
Hyve.Promo does not accept:
- Cancellations
- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
This applies to all products, including standard items, corporate merchandise, and customized goods. This does not affect your rights in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items supplied, or material errors caused by Hyve.Promo.
2.2 No Refunds After Order Processing
Once an order enters processing or production, refunds are strictly not permitted under any circumstances, as materials may have been allocated or work may have begun.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Customized or personalized products
- Corporate or bulk orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items affected by courier delays or customs processes
- Orders returned due to incorrect delivery information
- Items returned without prior approval
2.4 Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Personal preference (colour, size, design, etc.)
